Your 14-day right to cancel
For most online purchases, you may tell us that you wish to cancel from the time the order is placed until 14 days after the day the goods are delivered. If an order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from the day after the last item is delivered.
After telling us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. No reason is required. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop, but we may make a lawful deduction if handling beyond that needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning reduces their value.
How to cancel and return
Send a clear cancellation statement by post to GADARAG TRADING LTD, Apartment 7 Charles Apartments, 1 Bull Inn Court, London, England, WC2R 0AL. Include your name, delivery address, order number, the goods concerned and the date of your notice. Contact details added to this website may also be used.
Wait for return instructions before sending goods. Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, you are responsible for the direct return cost. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, specialist collection is estimated to cost £30–£75 depending on size and location; the actual direct cost will be confirmed before collection.
- Return supplied parts, accessories and manuals
- Package the product securely
- Keep proof of posting or collection
- Sealed hygiene goods and personalised goods may be exempt where the law permits

I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale for the following goods: [describe goods]. Ordered on/received on: [date]. Order number: [number]. Customer name: [name]. Customer address: [address]. Signature (only if sent on paper): [signature]. Date: [date].
Refund timing
We refund eligible payments within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or, if earlier, evidence that they were sent back. We may withhold the refund until then. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We refund the standard outbound delivery charge where the law requires it. Any additional amount paid for enhanced, timed or premium delivery is not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Depending on the circumstances, rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 may include the short-term right to reject, repair or replacement, or a price reduction or final right to reject.
A manufacturer warranty is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace them. We may request proof of purchase and reasonable information needed to understand the fault. We pay reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged or misdescribed.
