Terms & conditions of sale

The terms on which GADARAG TRADING LTD supplies goods to consumers through this website.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

1. About us

We are GADARAG TRADING LTD, company number 17185644, of Apartment 7 Charles Apartments, 1 Bull Inn Court, London, England, WC2R 0AL. These terms apply to online purchases made by consumers.

The website and checkout are provided in English. You may save or print these terms. Nothing in them excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Products

We take reasonable care with product names, images and model information. Colours may vary between screens and manufacturers may change specifications. Check critical dimensions, compatibility, services and installation requirements before ordering.

Product availability can change. We may withdraw a product or correct an obvious error. If we cannot supply an item after payment, we will cancel it and issue a full refund without undue delay.

3. Prices and delivery charges

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where it is chargeable. Standard mainland delivery is free for goods totalling £50 or more and £4.99 below £50. Any other charge or optional service must be shown in the order summary before payment.

If a price is an obvious and unmistakable error that could reasonably have been recognised as such, we may reject or cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.

4. Placing an order

The shopping bag lets you review products, quantities, prices and delivery charges and correct errors before payment. Selecting the clearly labelled payment button submits an offer to buy and creates a secure Stripe Checkout session.

An on-screen or electronic acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we send dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. We may refuse an order for legitimate reasons including unavailable stock, failed payment authorisation, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or an obvious error.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store the full card number. Payment must be authorised before goods are dispatched.

You must be authorised to use the selected payment method. Stripe may carry out fraud and security checks and may decline a transaction under its own procedures.

6. Delivery, risk and ownership

Delivery options and charges are shown before payment. Unless another period is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made. Risk passes when goods are delivered to you or to a person you identify to take possession.

Ownership passes when full payment is received. You must provide accurate delivery information and reasonable access. Our Delivery Information page contains further operational details and forms part of these terms.

7. Cancellation and returns

Eligible distance-sale orders may be cancelled within the statutory period. Exceptions can include personalised goods and sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds page explains how to cancel, return costs, the model cancellation wording and refund timing. It forms part of these terms.

8. Faulty goods

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract. If goods are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose, statutory remedies may include rejection, repair, replacement or a price reduction depending on the circumstances.

Manufacturer guarantees are additional to statutory rights. Please follow safety guidance and stop using a product that appears unsafe.

9. Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights.

We supply goods for domestic and private use. We are not responsible for business losses where the customer purchases as a consumer, or for damage caused by installation not carried out by us contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable consumer law.

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.
