How GADARAG TRADING LTD uses and protects personal information and browser storage.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

Who is responsible

GADARAG TRADING LTD is the controller for personal information described in this policy. Company number 17185644; registered office at Apartment 7 Charles Apartments, 1 Bull Inn Court, London, England, WC2R 0AL.

Privacy enquiries and rights requests may be sent in writing to the registered office. Include enough information for us to identify you and understand the request.

Information we use

When you place an order or contact us, information may include your name, billing and delivery addresses, contact details, ordered products, payment status, customer-service correspondence and fraud-prevention signals.

Stripe collects and processes card and checkout information. We do not receive or store the full card number. Our hosting provider necessarily processes technical request and security information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Purposes and legal bases

We use personal information to take steps at your request, perform the sales contract, arrange delivery, provide support and handle returns. We also use information to comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection and other legal duties.

Where necessary, we rely on legitimate interests to secure the website, prevent fraud, maintain records and improve operations, balanced against your rights. We do not currently use your information for email marketing or behavioural advertising.

Who receives information

Necessary information may be shared with Stripe, delivery and installation partners, website and IT providers, professional advisers, fraud-prevention providers and public authorities where the law requires it.

Providers may use information only for agreed purposes or under their own disclosed legal responsibilities. If information is transferred outside the UK, an appropriate UK data-transfer safeguard must apply.

How long information is kept

Order, payment and accounting records are normally retained for six years after the end of the relevant financial year or longer where law or a dispute requires it. Customer-service and complaint records are normally retained for up to six years after the matter closes.

Stripe retains information under its own privacy and legal obligations. Shopping-bag information stays in your browser until you complete the order, remove the items or clear browser data. Technical security logs are retained by service providers for the periods stated in their policies.

Browser storage and cookies

The website uses essential local browser storage to remember items in the shopping bag and whether the privacy notice has been dismissed. This is necessary to provide features requested by the visitor and is not used for advertising or analytics.

Stripe may set essential cookies or similar technologies when you open its secure checkout. Stripe explains these technologies in its own privacy and cookie information. We do not currently set non-essential advertising, personalisation or analytics cookies.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.

You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the opportunity to address the concern first, but this is not required.

Security and updates

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. No internet transmission is entirely risk-free, so customers should also protect account and payment information.

We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page with its revision date.
